4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash

  • Nagad

  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment issues or suspicious activity are detected.

5. Delivery

We deliver products across Bangladesh.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70 delivery charge

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130 delivery charge

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed after verification via phone or message.

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Return & Refund

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reseller City BD is not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by courier services

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Misuse of products by customers

  • Indirect or incidental losses resulting from use of our website or products
